This is another message and analogy of control and will power. You might say that we are endangered by our own inner beasts, the force of will, and the need for control. We are reminded that the power is within us to control our decisions, actions and reactions.

Approach the week like a trainee, honing your skills and the qualities of your will power. Will power is controlled by you. It is recommended to approach this week in a dignified manner, reflecting the seriousness of the situation. The time is upon you to make decisions and take action towards a renewed future.

Our challenge being that we are used to being presented with what seems to be an ideal scenario. We are normally spoiled for choice. The options seem to manifest themselves, each offering different but enticing contents.

This week, therein lies the dilemma. It feels like we’ve lost control of our choices – the options have been taken from us or have become severely limited. Choosing between all of the available options is certainly better than choosing between two. We could also be allowing ourselves to be told what we have to do by making no decisions at all. However, it is important to remember that making no decision, is still a ‘choice’ to make.

On the other hand, it could be that we simply don’t have the will power required to take action (make decisions). Just like in last week’s tarot reading, the grief – turned apathy, could be preventing us from taking a proper first step forward.

Either way, no more! It’s time to create yourself a renewed wonderful life. Only you can do this. No one else will do it for you.

Think about the reality of your options. In fact, what are they? Create a list of methods to achieve them that are factually at your disposal. This dose of reality may feel harsh but at least it’s honest.

Use your will power to consciously take action one day at a time. At first, create smaller daily goals. Choose to take specific steps forward daily. For now, just concentrate on putting one foot in front of the other. In other words, take specific smaller actions towards your goals each day.
