Here we see a happy, even idyllic, home life, replete with love and joy, family and friends, peace, security and comfort. You will achieve your heart’s desire, the ultimate realization of contentment.

The Ten Of Cups signifies a time of completion, of reaping what you have sown. It symbolizes abundance in a larger sense.

This week’s reading involves the theme of Judgment. Being that it’s reversed, it reveals the negative side rather than the positive. Not a single one of us likes to be judged negatively. Especially, if it’s unethical or done with shrewdness.

What this card tells us is that we may hear some bad news or something may not go the way we thought that it would. Most notably it effects legal or financial matters, which can include our career.

Unfortunately, it will feel like we have taken a step backward from last week’s reading. If you noticed the numbers on the Major Arcana card, Judgment, you will see that it is exactly one step.

In Our Approach To The Week

The Knight Of Swords reversed loses his aggressiveness and becomes passive about a situation that requires action. He suggests you are delaying doing what is necessary, perhaps neglecting necessary grunt work or avoiding communication. Unfortunately, there could be serious repercussions from staying clear of this work.

He can also indicate that you are mentally closed off from a situation that desperately needs attention, thereby creating a bad feeling and opposition in the other person’s perspective.

How Does This Information Relate To You?

If we leave everything that’s happening “as is” these particular issues will not be resolved and we will not end up in the Ten Of Cups position the way that we so desperately want – in a happy, contented, fulfilling life.

What You Can Do To Help Yourself This Week

It’s time to think about doing the hard work aforementioned. If you need to work out these issues regarding your work, your life could be bettered by working harder.

If you feel that your boss may have noticed that you haven’t been accomplishing what you’re capable of, don’t risk losing your job over it. Have a conversation with them to let them know that you’re going to do whatever is required to keep your job – but do it genuinely.

If the issues of the week revolve around your friends or loved ones, it’s best to think about what your shortcomings might be, and seek to make your relationships better. Then talk to your loved one about what you’ve realized and what you’re will to do to improve yourself and your relationship with each person.

Communication is the key to every relationship that we encounter. If you don’t talk to the person about what is going on with you, they’re liable to make an uneducated snap judgment that will wreak havoc in your life.
